Troubleshooting
If there is any delay in receiving messages, it is typically due to issues with your email provider. If you encounter any other issues (for example, not receiving a verification code after submitting a request), please contact us via site message or email (see your payment receipt) and include screenshots.

- After receiving your report, we will send several test SMS messages to your assigned number through the UKSIM system.
- If you are able to receive SMS messages sent by UKSIM but still do not receive verification codes from the registration platform, this indicates that the issue originates from the platform itself. In such cases, we are unable to provide further assistance.
- We recommend that you independently research and troubleshoot the platform’s risk control mechanisms and possible solutions.
