How does the service work?

You complete your order, a UK mobile number is assigned instantly, and SMS messages can then be accessed through email forwarding or online using your private access key.

No setup, installation, or physical delivery is required.

What can I use the number provided by UKSIM.cc for?

You can use the number for account registration, SMS verification codes, and access to platforms that require a real mobile number.

Common use cases include survey platforms such as Askable, Ipsos, and PaidViewpoint, marketplaces such as Vinted, AI services such as Claude and ChatGPT, and other platforms that often reject VoIP numbers.

How do I receive or view SMS messages?

You can access your messages in three ways:

  • Click View SMS on the payment success page
  • Use the link in the email titled Your UKSIM Access Key for Order
  • Receive all incoming SMS messages through automatic email forwarding
How reliable and fast will I receive messages?

Messages are typically delivered within seconds, depending on the sending platform.

Delivery speed and success depend entirely on the platform sending the message and its internal risk control systems. If a platform blocks or delays messages, that is outside our control.

Is there a limit to how many messages I can receive?

No. During your subscription period, there is no limit to the number of SMS messages or verification codes you can receive.

The actual delivery of messages depends entirely on the sending platform.

Can I send SMS messages?

No. This is a receive-only service.

You can receive SMS messages, but you cannot send messages, make calls, or reply to texts using the assigned number.

Can I retain the same number after the subscription expires?

We cannot guarantee number retention after expiry. However, it is often possible as long as the SIM remains active and the number is still available.

If you want to reuse the same number for a future order, we will do our best to assist, subject to availability.

Can I keep the same number for more than 6 months?

Yes, potentially. UK mobile networks typically require periodic activity, such as a chargeable action or top-up, to keep a number active over the long term.

If the SIM remains active, the number can often be retained for longer periods. We may assist with this where applicable.

VoIP Numbers vs. Non-VoIP Numbers for SMS Verification: Which is better?

Non-VoIP numbers are generally better for SMS verification because they are tied to real mobile carrier networks and are less likely to be blocked.

VoIP numbers are easier for platforms to detect and are often rejected by services with strict anti-fraud or anti-abuse systems.

Will a physical SIM card or paper top-up voucher be sent?

No. This is a fully digital service, and nothing will be shipped.

After payment, you are assigned a real UK mobile number that can be used immediately for SMS verification. All messages are securely forwarded to your email or accessible online via your private access key.

Does the activation date on a SIM card packet matter after insertion?

In most cases, no. Once a SIM card has been inserted and activated successfully, ongoing use is generally governed by the network’s activity and validity rules rather than the printed packaging date.

What matters in practice is whether the SIM remains active under the network’s policy.

Can I purchase UKSIM numbers in bulk for my projects?

What if I do not receive a verification code?

Please contact support with screenshots. We will assist in diagnosing the issue.

If our test messages arrive successfully but the third-party platform’s code does not, the issue is likely caused by that platform’s own restrictions or risk controls.

What is your return and refund policy?

This is a subscription-based digital service. Once payment is completed, a UK mobile number is assigned and delivered instantly.

Each number is tested and confirmed to be operational at the time of delivery. Once delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be issued after delivery.
