1. Definitions

Key Terms
  • Service: Provision of UK mobile numbers (non-VoIP) for receiving SMS.
  • Number: A UK mobile number assigned from a physical SIM card.
  • Access Key: A private key enabling read-only access to messages.
  • Subscription: The time-limited access period for the assigned number.

2. Service Description

Nature of the Service

UKSIM.cc provides access to real UK mobile numbers from physical SIM cards (non-VoIP) for receiving SMS verification codes.

The service is receive-only. You cannot send SMS, make calls, or reply to messages.

Compatibility

Our numbers are designed to work with platforms that require genuine mobile numbers.

However, no compatibility is guaranteed, as third-party platforms may apply their own risk control systems.

3. Delivery (Shipping Information)

Digital Delivery

This is a fully digital service. No physical SIM cards or paper vouchers will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, a UK mobile number is assigned instantly and made available via:

  • Payment success page
  • Email containing access link and key
  • Online access portal
Fulfilment

Delivery is considered complete once the number and access details are provided.

At this point, the service is deemed fulfilled.

4. Message Delivery

Delivery Responsibility

UKSIM.cc does not control third-party platforms.

Whether a verification code is sent or delivered depends entirely on the sending platform.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that SMS messages will be received from any specific platform.

Platform restrictions, IP reputation, device environment, or repeated requests may affect delivery.

5. Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use the service for legitimate account registration and SMS verification.

Prohibited Use
  • Fraudulent activities
  • Abuse of platforms or services
  • Any unlawful or harmful use

6. Subscription & Number Retention

Subscription Period

The number remains assigned for the duration of your subscription.

Number Retention

Retention of the same number after expiry is not guaranteed.

It may be possible if the SIM remains active and available.

SIM Activity

Mobile networks may require periodic activity (e.g. top-up) to keep a number active.

7. Refund Policy

No Refunds After Delivery

All sales are final once the number has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases
  • Failure to receive codes from third-party platforms
  • Platform risk control restrictions
  • Non-use of the number

8. Support & Replacement

Support

Users may contact support with screenshots for troubleshooting.

Replacement Numbers

Where an issue is confirmed not to be caused by the assigned number, a replacement may be provided at our discretion, subject to availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

UKSIM.cc is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform restrictions, account bans, or failed verifications.
